The trouble is, the law doesn’t always keep up with changes in the rest of the world. As technology evolves, it often outpaces the mechanisms required to protect it. Or else, disruptive technologies can undercut established rights.

That’s why your legal advisors need to be as creative as you are. Our deep commitment and refreshing approach have won us work from many prestigious clients and allowed us to build a track record of success in extremely high-profile matters and leading cases.

We are viewed as a “one-stop shop” with the ability to provide a complete service to businesses of every size and outlook. Increasingly, we operate at an international level, developing and implementing multi-jurisdictional strategies to commercialise and enforce our clients’ intellectual property rights. As well as providing pragmatic advice on every aspect of the field, we are experienced in dealing with IP disputes, including resolving issues via the courts, the UK Intellectual Property Offices, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
