    • Acting for a Sovereign Wealth Fund on the development of a Central London property
    • Advising Casa Bella Developments on the purchase of three development sites in London
    • Acting as lead solicitors for a client on their property matters inluding a building contract and ancillary documentation for a new residential led scheme of offices, retail and 68 apartments in Stamford Hill, London. We have also granted a lease of an office building to the government at a rent of £285,000 per annum and advised on a £7m purchase of shopping parade in North London.
    • Acted for NCP for over 35 years on all their property requirements including leases of trading sites, sales/purchases of investments and the redevelopment of major city centre sites, including all related property litigation and construction work.
    • Acting for Peaceline Limited on projects including the acquisition of a mixed use site in Edgware for £13m, re-gearing of commercial leases and the sale of car parking land
    • Acted for Reef Estates on site acquisition, construction documentation, pre-let, forward sale of a development site and the £18m forward funding agreement. The development included the development of 17 prestigious flats and we have advised on the construction aspects and on the onward sale.
